Images Wig Studio wants to make your shopping experience as easy as possible!
We will gladly except returns within 7 days from date of delivery for the following reasons:
For general returns Images Wig Studio has a grace period of 7 days to return merchandise from date of delivery.
Merchandise that is not what was ordered or product that was shipped in error.
Merchandise that has not been worn or used.
We will except and return defective or damage merchandise.
We will gladly exchange an item within 7 days from date of delivery as follows:
We will exchange an item for equal or greater value of the original purchase.
The customer must call Images Wigs at 262-497-5399 to set up the exchange, obtain and RGA#, and place a new order with in 7 days of delivery.
The restock fee will be waived as long as there is a new order of equal or greater value.
If the exchange is not of greater or equal value there will be a 25% restock fee that will apply and will be processed as a general return.
Non returnable or refundable items are as follows:
Merchandise that has been worn or used.
Merchandise that is under $20.00.
Special order merchandise.
All returns have a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of the following products:
Damaged products due to carrier mishandling
An exchanged of equal of greater value.
When to expect my refund
All refunds will be received within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise to the facility less the restocking fee.
How to return merchandise
The customer must call customer service at 262-497-5399 to receive a valid return goods authorization
number (RGA#) this is a required number in order to receive the refund for an approved merchandise return.
The customer must return merchandise in it its original packaging
The customer must send items back to the correct warehouse.
All Merchandise must be returned using a traceable method by using UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
General Guidelines for returns
No merchandise will be accepted for returns outside 7 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Customer must contact Images Wigs to receive a RGA number at 262-497-5399
All returns must be over $20.00 in value.
We do not do in-store credit. We will be happy to return minus Restocking fees.If the customer sends merchandise back or fails to contact Images Wig Studio without having prior approval from Images Wig Studio along with a valid RGA#, there will be a service fee of 40% applied to restock the merchandise if the return is approved. For which Images Wig Studio does not guarantee.
Merchandise received that has been opened, tampered with, and not in original condition will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping on a general return or exchange.
All returns must be shipped back to correct warehouse with a traceable method using an approved recognized carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Refused orders are not recommended, however, if a customer should refuse an order without contacting Images Wigs at 262-497-5399 and properly obtaining a RGA # first, a 40% restocking fee will be applied to the customer's credit. If the item can not be located because the customer did not set up an RGA# first it is not our responsibility to refund the customers money.
The employees at Images Wig Studio work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. Once an order is processed and the credit card has been accepted the order is sent straight to the warehouse for shipping. Providing this prompt service, allows for us to send your order out as quickly as we can. By providing such service, Images Wig Studio can not make any changes to orders when an order confirmation is provided. Items can be cancelled at any time as long as the merchandise has not shipped. To cancel a "not in stock" item you must call Images Wigs customer service at 262-497-5399 to process the request to cancel on your order. That way we can make sure your merchandise has not shipped. Your merchandise is not considered cancelled until you receive a cancellation email from Images Wig Studio
Due to the limitations of desktop scanners and inconsistencies of various display monitors, The color on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make the colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
